Our products are used across an array of assembly, testing, and packaging applications in industries including automotive, consumer electronics, cosmetics, battery production, medical devices, food, and pharmaceutical packaging.

the ideal candidate

We are seeking a driven individual for an opportunity in the area of Human Resources and Administration. We are looking for a candidate that will work as part of our people & culture management and report to the Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, interviews, and presentations at universities and colleges.
-Build relationships with academic institutions and student organizations to attract top talent.
-Leverage social media platforms or job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Company website) to post job openings and attract active job seekers.
-Screen and manage applicants and assist with scheduling interviews.
-Coordinate the onboarding for new hires, such as background checks, scheduling orientation sessions, etc.
-Help maintain and enhance our brand on campuses by collaborating with marketing teams.
-Promote company values and culture to prospective candidates.
-Handle other administrative tasks related to Company operations assigned by the Financial Controller.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
-Previous experience in recruitment or HR or talent acquisition is a plus, preferably in both campus and external sourcing.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations.
-High level of problem-solving skills.
-Strong attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Able to work in Canada

Compensation Range

The compensation is based on market data and offered salaries will be based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience
